One component neutral cure silicone designed for wet area sealing in kitchens, bathrooms, and sanitary areas. Cures to a flexible, waterproof seal that resists mold and mildew on glass, ceramic tile, porcelain, glazed surfaces, aluminum, and stainless steel. Meets ASTM C920-18(2024) for extrusion rate, hardness, adhesion-in-peel (aluminum & glass), staining resistance & accelerated weathering.
