- Semantic HTML, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, and clear link labels.
- Color-contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text).
- Full keyboard navigability with visible focus states on every interactive element.
- Form labels, error messages, and help text that announce correctly to assistive technology.
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting, so non-essential animation can be disabled at the operating-system level. - Touch targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels on mobile.
- Compatibility with major screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.
- Regular accessibility training for our design and engineering team.

5. Assessment approach
Our team uses a combination of methods to evaluate accessibility:
- Automated testing with axe-core and Lighthouse on every build;
- Manual keyboard-only navigation walkthroughs of all primary user flows;
- Screen-reader spot checks on new pages, forms, and components;
- Mobile accessibility checks on iOS and Android devices;
- Quarterly third-party reviews of priority pages.
6. Known limitations
Despite our efforts to make gaudon.store accessible, parts of the Site may not yet be fully conformant. Known limitations include:
- Some product photography and downloadable PDFs (TDS, SDS) may not yet have accessible alternative formats. Accessible alternatives are available on request.
- Embedded third-party content, including Google Maps, YouTube videos, and Zoho forms, follows the accessibility behavior provided by those third parties.
- Some PDFs predating May 2026 may not be tagged for screen readers. We are remediating these on a rolling basis.
7. Alternative formats
If you cannot access information on the Site, we are glad to provide it in an alternative format. Please contact us and we can:
- Email or read out product datasheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS);
- Provide quote details, order summaries, and warranty terms in plain-text format;
- Walk through application guidance or technical support over the phone.
